On this said the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow during the meeting, which was held on 24 March with the heads of industrial enterprises of the region concerning the fight shadow economy, aimed at ensuring adequate conditions for the development of the real economy and the return of the shadows part of the industrial enterprises. Participation the meeting was attended by the Chairman of the regional Council Anatoliy Oliynyk, first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, heads of state fiscal and customs services, heads of structural divisions and departments of the CAA. More than 200 people invited to the meeting - heads of industrial enterprises of the region and higher educational establishments of different levels accreditation. In his opening remarks, the Chairman of the CAA has described positive trends in the development of key sectors of the regional economy: food and processing, pharmaceutical, machine-building, noting that the results of work of industrial enterprises of Vinnytsia oblast took the second place in the national rankings. "Given the challenges of modernity and drawing on the experience of Western countries-leaders in the field there is a clear understanding of the need for the eradication of the shadow component of the economy, its transfer into the framework of transparency, openness and compliance of the current legislation",- said Valery Cow. A more detailed analysis of the dynamics of industrial production of the region over the past three years (by industry / sector) stopped the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko. He described the level of success of investment projects implemented by industrial enterprises of the region in 2015 and the growth of the average wage in 2013-2015. However, analyzing data on the number, salaries, increase production, increase tax revenues, the official said : "we see a portion of the workforce that gets paid, so to speak, in envelopes. Therefore, we would like to emphasize that this is a significant challenge to the development of the regional economy as a whole. To eliminate this negative trend, government introduced the reducing the load on the payroll tax from 37% to 22%. Thus, enterprises are provided with the opportunity to significantly increase the profitability of their production." Andrew Gyzhko appealed to the leaders of industrial enterprises present at the meeting, with a request to consider spending the money on increasing salaries and creating new jobs. "Such action will give the opportunity together with industrial development at the same time to raise social standards of the region's population and, in turn, increase tax revenues to the regional budget",- he concluded. The meeting addressed issues on the prevention of the legalization of the real economy and the main directions of fiscal and customs administration of unshadowing of economy and the like.
