In the Volyn region Prosecutor's office has achieved a recognition illegal orders of Goszemagentstva about the provision of land for the farmer who never intended to handle
the court of Appeal of Volyn region satisfied the appeal complaint of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Volyn region in the case initiated by the Prosecutor of the Basic district to the General Directorate Goszemagentstva in the field and one of the farmers. Cancelled the illegal orders of the controlling authority for permission to develop land management documentation, its approval and the transfer of 5 land plots with a total area of 102 hectares on the territory of the village Council Vanish on lease for farming. The impugned orders on the development of land management documentation on these land plots issued by the main Department of Goszemagentstva in the Volyn region, contrary to the provisions of the law of Ukraine "On farm" without proper justification the need to obtain a citizen of such large areas of land, indicating the perspectives of farmers, confirmation of availability required for the cultivation of agricultural machinery, the number of members of a farm and are eligible to receive free land plots.
