Lutsk hosted a seminar "Implementation of law G-test as a means of effective influence of citizens on decisions of the authorities"
23 March in the premises of the Department of AHPC on the initiative of the office of business development and advertising city Council assistance and information Sector of the State regulatory service of Ukraine held a seminar "Implementation of law G-test as a means of effective influence of citizens on decisions of authorities." The reason for the seminar was the introduction in action in Ukraine since March 15, 2016 CMU Resolution No. 1151, according to which any draft regulatory act will be followed by the preparation of M-test, namely the digital calculation of the total regulatory impact. Pursuant to the requirements of article 378 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU Association Agenda between Ukraine and the EU to prepare and facilitate the implementation of the Association Agreement, and in accordance with the provisions of the European legislation on small and medium enterprises, in particular Small Business Act's "Think Small First" State regulatory service of Ukraine developed and implemented the M-test, which gives the opportunity to calculate the costs of business and the state when making adjustments. The emergence of M-Test is that the M-test is defined as a tool for building business confidence to power and dialogue, supported by arguments and calculations. The seminar was attended by representatives of departments, managements and departments of the city Council, the municipal enterprises of the city, who are the developers of draft regulatory acts in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On principles of state regulatory policy in economic activity". Legislative innovation in the development of draft regulatory acts were actively discussed by representatives of the Executive bodies and public organizations.
