In the Volyn region to prevent fires in ecosystems rescuers'joined forces with environmentalists and law enforcement officers
March 24, the staff of the Basic Department of Department of DSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region, law enforcement officers and state ecoinspection carried out road checks during which examined agricultural land and private gardens in Monastyryshche district to identify cases of burning poses. Representatives of the RAID group detected several facts of burning of dry vegetation on private land and open areas and are attracted to administrative responsibility of guilty persons according to article 77-1 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. In addition, the rescuers informed the citizens that the burning of dry grass causes great harm to the environment and negatively affects health’th people, presented them with pam’memos and flyers, and stressed that the inspection raids will be conducted in the future.
