The world Bank project "Energy transformation of the Ukrainian cities” began in November 2014, when the organization has selected three cities in Ukraine - Kiev, Kam’Kamenetz-Podolsk and Kiev, which, in their opinion, the most ready for the introduction of new energy saving technologies. Funds of the Bank for foreign specialists conducted an energy audit of the facilities’objects of housing and communal and social Fund of the city, analyzed the energy potential of Ternopil and identified priority areas of thermo. The project finished in late 2015 and, according to the findings of the World Bank, they continued cooperation in the future only to Ternopil.
