In the Ternopil region for receiving 2 thousand dollars of a bribe will judge the head of the medical institution The Prosecutor's office of Ternopil region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings against the head of one of departments of oblast municipal medical establishment for perpetrating the criminal offense provided by part 2, article 369-2 of the criminal code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit by an official). Pre-trial investigation established that the Department head has received 2 thousand dollars of unlawful gain for the positive decision of a question on employment of health worker in the above medical institution. Currently the defendant is dismissed. The indictment in criminal proceedings the prosecution is directed to court for consideration in essence.
