In the Transcarpathian region the farmer illegally gave to rent a plot of over 1 ha – Khust local Prosecutor's office demands to cancel the contract and return the land to the state
Khust local Prosecutor's office claimed in the Commercial court of Transcarpathian region a claim to agriculture and regional public administration, which is required to nullify the lease contract of the land plot and liabilities'be required to return it to state ownership. As explained in Khust local Prosecutor's office, this land is over 1 hectare and costs about 350 thousand UAH. The basis for the appeal of the Prosecutor's office in the court was the fact that the process of transfer of land occurred without approval of technical documentation for the assessment of lands, in flagrant violation of the Tax code of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine «On the evaluation of the land", which provides that to determine the amount of rent for land of state and communal ownership mandatory’language is produced and used normative monetary evaluation of land plots.
