The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, has defended the right of a minor child for housing
For the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of area, the Appeal court of the Vinnitsa region agreed with the conclusions of the court of first instance, which rejected the claim of Mohyliv-Podilsky city Council eviction of a citizen from his / her apartment without providing alternative accommodation, in which the dependent is an infant. According to the head of the regional Prosecutor's office Victoria Gunko with a view to preventing violations of housing rights of the child juvenile Prosecutor of Mogilev-Podolsky local Prosecutor's office made an entry in this civil case. Despite the objections of the plaintiff – Mohyliv-Podilskyi city Council concerning the accession of the Prosecutor in the case, judge Mogilev-Podolsky district court the Prosecutor is satisfied. Taking the decision to refuse satisfaction of the appeal complaint Mohyliv-Podilsky city Council, and leaving in force the decision of the court of first instance, appellate court, first of all, based on the fact that any substantive or procedural rights in the decision by the court is not allowed. It also took into account the rights of the child to the enjoyment of the housing. So, the legal position of the prosecution is supported by the courts and the interests of the child, on the side which made the entry, is protected.
