March 24, at the winery held the opening of the Regional center of assistance to participants of ATO, which is now located on the street of the Monastery. De jure "the Regional center for assistance to participants of anti-terrorist operation" was created in autumn of last year and officially debuted yesterday. Appointed Director of the center Anatoly slivinsky, with him on a regular basis volunteer will work five townspeople. "To improve the efficiency and coordination here, geographically, is the sector of the state service of Ukraine for war veterans and ATO participants in Vinnytsia region. Plus the Department for assistance to participants of ATO, the Department of sanatorium-resort treatment, the division of labour and socially-labour relations, which will monitor the situation with employment and the observance of the legislation on labour of Ukraine, as a constituent unit of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration. In addition, there remains geographically regional center of social services for family, children and youth, which correspond to the region in the formation of social passport of family needs. That is, those social workers that come to every family. This new center will have two psychologists who have been trained to overcome PTSD,and if necessary will provide initial consultation to the guys. All center employees are civil servants, most of them were former volunteers", - noted the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Natalia Zabolotna. The centre aims at solving the problems of participants of anti-terrorist operation principle of "Single window" and maximum coordination on assistance at the local level. "Each district will work co-ordinator who will be responsible solely for the provision of assistance to participants of ATO.
