In Lutsk the detected violations of legislation in the sphere of trade and catering business
on the night of 24 to 25 March, the working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business in the composition of the office of business development and commercial, municipal police Department of the Lutsk city Council and law enforcement officials conducted a RAID on the compliance with the decision of Lutsk city Council of 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “banning the sale of beer, alcoholic, low alcohol drinks, wine canteens and tobacco products” (with changes). Checked 10 objects of trade and sphere of services, revealed two facts of violation of part 2 of article 156 the Art and act of violation of article 182 Art, On the facts of violation of the provisions of the above legislation was composed of three administrative Protocol on the bartender of the restaurant “First Cafe” (St. Kravchuk,48) and sellers of shop “Products” (Sagaydachny str., 1A) “Sweetie” (vul.Slovak,3). The protocols will be submitted for consideration to the administrative Commission.
