Lutsk: soldiers who voluntarily left the military unit,but subsequently went on "the contract",will not be prosecuted

Therefore, the criminal proceedings are closed automatically, subject to the signing of the contract on passage of military service in the Armed forces of Ukraine. The same contract may conclude demobilized, who was drafted into the Armed forces for enlistment and discharged.
