March 28. - a Day of mourning
in Accordance with the decree of the Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna, in connection with the death of a resident of the city of Ternopil, gunner aeromobile-airborne company of the 80th brigade soldier of Pitaka Andrei Andreevich during the execution of their duties in the area of antiterrorist operations, March 28, in the Ternopil region declared a Day of mourning. As a sign of mourning for those killed in a Day of mourning in the region will be lowered State Flag of Ukraine mourning ribbon on administrative buildings of Executive authorities and bodies of local self-government, municipal and public enterprises and institutions, organizations in the region.
