The driver made a fatal road accident in Lutsk,will stay behind bars for 5 years
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region supported the public prosecution in the criminal proceedings against 23-year-old boy, as previously reported, the evening of 12 December 2015 about 21 hours, moving in Lutsk, Rivne street in the direction of Liberty Avenue, had an accident with a fatal outcome. During a pretrial investigation and in court, the man repented and actively contributed to solving the crime. The sentence of Lutsk gorrayonny court he was found guilty of violation of the rules of traffic safety the person driving the vehicle, entailed death of the victim (criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for a period of 3 years.
