In the Transcarpathian region for the principled position of Khust local prosecutors the verdict of Tyachiv district court killer sentenced to 7 years in prison
Tyachiv district court supported the position of Khust local prosecutors and found guilty of an inhabitant of one of villages of Khust district in the murder of his former roommate. In September 2012, a woman who had previously been repeatedly convicted, during the conflict on the household soil with his roommate, inflicted serious bodily injury from which the man died. Guilty to the premeditated murder of her husband the defendant did not recognize until recently, however, the court agreed with the prosecution's case and found her guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment in the form of 7 years 3 months of imprisonment.
