Now you can transfer your data with the help of SMS-messages to short number 7104, which not only save customers time, but also make their service fast and comfortable. From 1 April 2016 the gas consumers of Chernigov region will have the opportunity to transmit meter readings via SMS to the short number 7104. In the message, you must specify the account number and meter readings in the format: XXXXX XXXXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXXXX is a 10 digit personal account number, XXXXX – meter readings (up to 5 digits). After sending the message consumer automatically receives this answer: "Your statement is accepted and processed. Thank you". Successfully transferred the correct meter readings appear in the account within three days. If the client got the response "invalid format", this means that the data it sent is specified not correctly. The consumer needs to check and send SMS again or use another method of transferring readings: • via the Personal area on the website 104.ua pre-registering; • by calling the call center at (0462) 61-62-04; • sending a message with the address and personal account number to the email address contact@cn.104.ua; • putting in meter readings of gas as of the 1st day of the month in the payment document and pay the invoice before the 5th of the number; "The new service opened a new channel of communication with our clients.
