In Ternopil the ATO participants can get free health resort treatment for
the State service of Ukraine on matters of war veterans and participants of anti-terrorist operation purchased vouchers for sanatorium treatment of participants ATO. Now there is one ticket in the "Sanatorium People" (m. Kiev) and two tickets to the resort ’s Lermontovskiy" (m Odessa). Combatants who participated in the antiterrorist operation and registered in Ternopil, for the provision of vouchers can apply to the social policy of Ternopil city Council (m. Ternopil, vul. Lysenko, 8, KAB. No. 23, a phone – 22 04 37) and fill out an application. The application must attach the following documents: - a medical certificate Form-070 (reference for obtaining the permit); - the passport; - identification number; - a copy of certificate of participant of hostilities or disabled veteran; - certificate confirming participation in the ATO. The participants of the ATO servicemen, veterans of military service, veterans who receive pensions through the Ministry of defence, emergencies Ministry, interior Ministry, security service of Ukraine are provided with vouchers for health resort treatment of the relevant ministries and departments.
