Servicemen who entered into a contract from 1 January 2015 and registered in Lutsk,will receive one-time cash assistance
At plenary session deputies have made changes to the decision of the city Council from 02.02.2016 No. 3/13 “On approval of the Program of social benefits in the city of Lutsk on the 2016-2017 children of soldiers, volunteers, volunteers who were killed, are missing or are in captivity while participating in anti-terrorist operations or died due to a wound, contusion or mutilation received in the ATO zone and made changes and additions in the decision of the city Council from 28.10.2015 No. 80/12 “On approval of the Program of social protection of the population of the city for 2016-2020”. Also the elected representatives of the community have made changes to a Complex program of support of participants of anti-terrorist operation and members of their families-inhabitants of Lutsk, which provide support for citizens called up for military service under the contract and concluded a relevant contract with the command of one of the units. According to the Director of the Department of social policy Larisa Boyar, additional financial support for this category by paying a one-time cash assistance from the city budget in the amount of 5 thousand UAH, the city Council decided to allocate to the application of Lutsk United city military Commissariat. In the draft decision included a provision to pay allowances to servicemen under contract 01.01.2016 and registered in Lutsk mayor Mykola Romanyuk made a proposal to find money to support the troops that went to serve under contract as of 1 January 2015, because all those people deserve the respect, support and sincere gratitude. Having also considered part of the land questions, mayor Nicholas Romaniuk adjourned the session until tomorrow, March 31 from 9: 00 am.
