During the second plenary meeting of the 5th session of city Council deputies considered the issue “On approval of the report of the temporary control Commission city Council on the activities of the KP “Lutsk electrotransport enterprise”. The Chairman of the Commission Igor Polishchuk told about results of work. According to him, the temporary Commission was composed of representatives of various factions. There have been six meetings during which it studied the documentation and spoke to staff and management. Igor Polishchuk noted that by results of work was developed a number of proposals. In particular, they concern the introduction of “card of Lucania”, updating of trolleybus Park, restructuring of debts to various state funds, training of drivers, strengthen controls over the collection of funds from ticket sales and the like. Mayor Mykola Romaniuk thanked Igor Polishchuk and members of the interim control Commission. According to him, some of the recommendations is already in the works. Told Mykola Romaniuk and that April will start work on the implementation of the so-called e-cards. He stressed that this will enable to take into account the number of transported preferential categories of citizens. According to him, the city Council allocates funds for these purposes, but the real number nobody knows, only the corresponding coefficient. In his opinion, there should be a clear account, because now in Kiev, about 55 thousand beneficiaries. The mayor noted that such e-ticket implemented in Ternopil.
