In Vinnytsia region sentenced a forensic expert for receiving improper benefits
Recall Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office has implemented procedural direction and support public prosecution in criminal proceedings provided for part 3 of article 368-4 of the criminal code of Ukraine in respect of a forensic expert of one of departments of the Vinnitsa regional Bureau is judicial-medical examination. Vinnitsa city court found guilty of receiving improper benefits in the amount of 2000 USD for account in the expert's opinion the existing damage and writing a conclusion indicating the average severity of injuries. As noted by the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office Sergey Kozyr, yesterday, the decision of the court of a forensic expert sentenced to a fine in the amount of 12 750 UAH with disqualification to hold positions in bodies of forensic medical examination for a period of 3 years.
