To participate in the state Program must apply to the authorized institutions (banks), namely: * public joint stock company "State savings Bank of Ukraine" (Oschadbank); * public joint-stock company "the State export-import Bank" (Ukreximbank); * public joint stock company joint stock Bank "Ukrgasbank". The implementation of the Program in 2016, the state budget provides slightly more than 790,4 million USD, of which 700 million is General Fund, and 90,4 – special. In addition to "energy efficient" loans, residents are advised to take measures that will reduce resource consumption (water, gas, heat and electricity) home and improve its energy efficiency.
