In Zhitomir oblast, the deputies supported the program of the Center for assistance to participants of ATO
Yesterday, March 31, at 4 session of the Zhytomyr oblast Council deputies approved the regional Program for the operations of the Centre for assistance to participants of ATO in the years 2016-2018. The center for assistance to participants of ATO under the state administration was created back in March of last year, but its funding was not provided. In the Programme the total financial resources for 3 years is 600 thousand UAH (UAH 200 thousand for each year). The program provides logistical support to the work of the Center, as well as a number of actions to resolve complaints of participants of ATO. If 1 year of work in the Centre has registered more than 3 thousand of applications from the military, over the next 3 years is planned to cover up to 90% of the demobilized (assistance through the Centre, attracting combatants to trainings, seminars, visiting appointments, meetings, and other events information relating to the clarification of their rights and guarantees). In addition to providing a comprehensive approach to the decision of the appeals of participants of the ATO, the Center also organized various events promoting social adaptation, maintain proper moral and psychological state of participants ATO and members of their families. In 2016 will continue visiting the reception Centre for assistance to participants of ATO, to be held in all districts of the Zhytomyr region. Will be entered and the "line of control" the quality of services and problem solving: experts will call the participants of the ATO, to verify the effectiveness of the solution treatment. The soldiers also will be able to leave reviews about dentures, rehabilitation, material support, various consultations and other things, by calling the Center. Now the Center demonstrates the high efficiency: the ratio of solved cases is 80%. After completion of the Program the Center's experts expect increase of the rate up to 90-95%.
