Ternopil region is preparing for the International investment forum "Invest Ternopil – 2016"
Session of organizing Committee on preparation and holding on may 19-20 in the field of International investment forum "Invest Ternopil – 2016" took place in Ternopil regional state administration. In that meeting chaired by the Director of the Department of economic development, investment and international cooperation Galina Wolanyk was attended by representatives of the structural subdivisions of regional state administration, city Council, public organizations, as well as the Director of the Office of reforms in Ternopil oblast Viktor lytvynchuk. In particular, during the meeting participants discussed the updates of the electronic version of the multimedia presentation of the investment potential of the region. And preparation of premises for the Forum, including ensuring national symbols, audio equipment and audio-visual equipment. Also among the topical issues — the design of rooms for meetings, press conferences, installation of banners and stuff. Members of the organization Committee discussed the holding of plenary part of the Forum on the theme: “the region is a reliable partner!” in the Mall “Podolyany” and coordinated the preparation of draft programs of the Forum, meetings of the thematic panels, meetings, press conferences and other events. In addition, the production of updated information and presentation stands with lighting economic potential of the area, banner designs for the outdoor advertisement of the Forum, as well as the music accompaniment for chamber orchestra. Considered the question of making advertising and branding products Forum, print and electronic information and presentation materials on the potential of districts, cities of regional importance. Agreed on organizational issues regarding the conduct of meetings of the heads of the Ternopil regional state administration, Ternopil regional Council Ternopil mayor and with representatives of official foreign delegations, heads of foreign diplomatic missions accredited in Ukraine, Central Executive bodies, oblast state administrations and bodies of local self-government, conducting press conferences. Indoors Zbarazh castle, which will be provided by the moderator, speaker, target audience, chairs, tables and office equipment will be a panel discussion on the theme: “Tourism: prospects of development”, “agro-industrial complex: new opportunities”, “Economically self-sufficient communities – strong region: time for reforms”, “the Platform for business communication: strategic investment projects of Ternopil region”, “Business and authorities: partnership for prosperity” and “energy Efficiency and alternative energy sources”.
