In the Transcarpathian region investigative nacpac will be tried for forgery protocols
Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office in Transcarpathian region completed the pre-trial investigation and sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings against the investigator of Khust city ST division of the office forgery (h. 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine). It is established that in early January 2016 30-year-old nacpac investigator, was assigned to conduct pretrial investigation of a criminal offense upon drawing heavy injuries to the Transcarpathians. The investigator had to pay a visit to the emergency Department of Khust hospital and Paradise to spend with the victim, the investigative actions directed on establishment of circumstances of Commission of crime, in particular to show him the photographs, through which people could identify her attackers. All this must occur in the presence of witnesses who must sign the relevant Protocol. However, the investigator must have decided not to bother such procedural nuances, and simply forged the protocols of the presentation of persons for identification on the photographs, stating that the victim identified the two individuals who inflicted the injuries. Also, the investigator forged the signature of the victim and a witness. The fact of forgery of official documents and confirmed the forensic handwriting examination and the victim himself, which indicated that to him in the intensive care unit did not come by the investigator for identification.
