Transcarpathian region: the group of pyrotechnic works update and destroyed a mortar mine of times of world war II

1 April, the group of pyrotechnic works of the office DSNS Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region went to the destruction of suspicious objects, like explosive, discovered yesterday. So, 31 March at 18:27 in service of rescue "101"reported that open areas in the area of the neighborhood Mountaineers in Uzhgorod, a local resident conducting excavation work, stumbled upon suspicious objects. Pyrotechnics SSES identified as artillery shell of calibre of 152 mm mortar mine of caliber of 82 mm of times of the Second world war. They were seized and destroyed. Before the arrival of the pyrotechnics, the location of dangerous items protected with non-lethal weapons and stopped all field work. Also checked the nearby area for the presence of other GNP and held the roses’explanatory work among the population. Management DSNS Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region once again pays attention of citizens to observance of the rules of conduct during the detection of suspicious findings.
