In the Chernigov area psychologists SSES conducted training with pyrotechnics,who recently returned from the ATO zone.
31 March in Chernihiv psychologists UDSNS Ukraine in Chernihiv region conducted training sessions with pyrotechnics rescue squad of special forces who were engaged in execution of assigned tasks in the area of ATO. During the event, on the theme «Methods of psychological self-regulation", psychologists have studied the psychological state of the rescuers, because after returning from the war zone they require psychological relief, relaxation and stabilization of psychoemotional state. In addition, specialists of the Department of psychological support and social and humanitarian work were taught how to master the skills of self-regulation to reduce the impact of stress factors or manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as adaptation to daily life. In particular have been recommended exercises to get rid of negative consequences of overwork and nervous-emotional stress, reduction in the rate of his mental and physical condition that is an integral unmistakable and coherent action in the performance of assigned tasks. During the training, each of the pyrotechnics had the opportunity to ask questions to the psychologists and get satisfactory answers.
