In Vinnytsia region as of April 4, the registration of residence of individuals is delegated to the local governments
Management of GMS of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region informs that on April, 04, 2016 shall enter into force provision of the Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015, No. 888-VIII "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on the expansion of powers of local governments and optimisation of administrative services", as well as the regulations of Cabinet of Ministers ¹ 207 from 02.03.2016 of the year "On approval of Rules of registration of place of residence and the Procedure for transferring the registration information", in accordance with which the powers in the field of registration of residence and removal from the registration of residence of individuals is delegated to the local governments (the Executive body of village, settlement or city Council, village head (in case when in accordance with the Law, the Executive authority of the village Council is not established) - the registration authority). Consequently, for the registration or deregistration, citizens should appeal to urban, village and rural councils.
