Chernivtsi: From the city budget will be given privileges on payment of housing and communal services
by the session of the Chernivtsi city Council changes and additions to the comprehensive Program of "Protection".Chernivtsi in the years 2016-2018. In particular, from 1 April 2016, in addition to state-guaranteed benefits will be given credit of 50% with payment of utility services within the social consumption norms stipulated by the current legislation : – the families of victims (died) in the line of duty during military service in the Eastern regions of Ukraine; – the families of the victims during the organization assist participants in hostilities in the Eastern regions of Ukraine; – the families of the deceased individuals whose death associated with participation in the mass actions of public protest, which took place in the period from 21.02.2014 21.11.2013 by G. Section II of the programme "Protection" was amended by paragraph 13 to read: "the Provision of benefits to participants of combat actions under article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", and members of their families established by the Budget code of Ukraine, living with them, regardless of the type of housing or form of ownership, in the amount of 25% on payment for housing and communal services within social norms of consumption according to the current legislation, for the period from 01.04.2016 to 31.12.2016 G.
