Chernivtsi: repair wheelchairs free of charge will provide the center "Care"

Due to the possibility of providing similar services to residents with reduced or lost motor activity, which move with the help of wheelchairs and other rehabilitation equipment, Chernivtsi municipal territorial center of social services "Care", the Chairman of the Board of the public organization "barrier-free city" A. Shevchuk denied his request. Financial management the city Council in amending the city budget for 2016 is requested to provide funds for the Department of labor and social protection of population of the city Council to purchase the stand alone utility and its service to ensure the provision of services on repair of wheelchairs and other rehabilitation equipment. In the List of social services, conditions and procedure of their provision in structural units of the social centre "Care" added repair services for wheelchairs and other rehabilitation equipment. This service will be provided free of charge. Center for social services "Care" will examine the question of the conclusion of the cooperation agreement with GUO “barrier-free city” with the aim of bringing this organization to provide residents with reduced or lost motor activity appropriate services for the repair of wheelchairs and the use of its experience in this field.
