In Vinnytsia oblast approved the Form of report on controlled transactions and the Procedure for filling
Main Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region informs that the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine by order of 18.01.2016, No. 8, which entered into force on 4 March p. G., approved the form of Report on controlled transactions and the Procedure of its preparation. The report is submitted electronically, the deadline is may 1 of the year following the reporting year, the electronic communication includes a title, main parts, application, and information in the appendices that are an integral part of the Report. The number of annexes to the Report corresponds to the number of counterparties the parties to the controlled transactions. In the header part specifies the details of the tax payer, who submits the Report. In the main part provides General information about the operations with different contractors, carried out during the reporting year. In the application (the application) provides information about the person (persons) is (are) a party (parties) of the transaction, and detailed information about controlled(and) surgery(AI). In information to the application should report on the signs of the interconnectedness of the taxpayer with the relevant counterparty in accordance with the 14.1.159 subparagraph of item 14.1 of article 14 of section I of the Tax code of Ukraine.
