In the Transcarpathian region Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office launched an investigation into the forgery of the Protocol on an administrative offense patrol officers
By results of consideration of statements of citizens.Mukachevo, concerning illegal actions of employees of AMR in the city of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo at the time of writing of the Protocol and of the judgment in a case concerning an administrative offence, the local public Prosecutor's office of Mukachevo initiated pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of official forgery (part 1 of article 366 of the criminal code of Ukraine). As reported in Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office that according to the testimony of Complainant, 29 February 2016, the inspector of a company of no 7 battalion of AMR in the city of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo, made knowingly false information in the resolution on case about administrative offences for the alleged violation of paragraph 31.4.3.and traffic Rules of Ukraine, which the driver of the car actually did not commit, than a police officer is illegal in the fabricated materials that attracted the person to administrative responsibility. During a pretrial investigation, the Prosecutor's office will review and establish all the circumstances of the case, and then will be taken an informed final decision – said in Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office.
