Chernivtsi: From 4 April registration of place of residence will carry out the Executive bodies of local communities
In connection with the entry into force of certain provisions of the law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on the expansion of powers of local governments and optimisation of administrative services" (http://zakon5.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/888-19 in Ukraine changes the system of registration of residence. In accordance with the law, the registration authority is defined as the Executive body of village, settlement or city Council, rural the head (if in accordance with the law, the Executive authority of the village Council is not created). General procedure and requirements regarding the list of documents required for registration have not changed significantly. With the aim of coordinating actions on the implementation of registration of place of residence by local communities of the State migration service has developed Rules of registration of residence and the Order of transfer by bodies of information into the Unified state demographic registry (Decree of the CMU from 02.03.2016 No. 207 http://www.kmu.gov.ua/control/uk/cardnpd?docid=248916470), and also informed of the regional and Kyiv city state administration about the necessity to ensure the execution of these functions. In addition, the migration service created a web portal for implementation of local communities and registration data on a Single state demographic registry, as well as provide necessary clarifications on the access and use of the resource.
