Neutralized the criminal group,which illegally transported persons across the State border of Ukraine
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region approved the indictment and directed to court for consideration on the merits of the criminal proceedings investigated by the investigation division of USBU in area, about the illegal activities of an organized group of 6 people, from mercenary motives made illegal transportation of aliens across state border of Ukraine (criminal offense under part 3 St. 332 Criminal code of Ukraine). So, on April 22, 2015 the members of this organized group was forwarded out of the Republic of Belarus on the territory of Ukraine six citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The next batch of illegal migrants – 6 citizens of Afghanistan – the attackers were transported by boat across the Western bug river at the territory of the Republic of Poland on 5 December last year. The fate of the accused the court will decide. The public prosecution in production will support the Department of supervision of observance of laws by agencies engaged in combating organized crime, administration of supervision in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of area the Prosecutor's office of area.
