The region took the third place in Ukraine by growth rates of actual income of the General Fund of local budgets
According to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Ternopil region on growth rates of actual income of the General Fund of local budgets (without transfers and in comparable terms) in 2015 to the 2014 year ranked third in the state (158,2 %). About this informed the Deputy head of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Dmitry Teal during the Board of the regional state administration. "In 2015, approved changes to the Budget code of Ukraine, which provided the legislative base fiscal decentralization. Strengthening the financial base of local self-government, improvement of the process of formation of revenues of local budgets have provided additional resource to address issues of community development, stated Dmitry Teal. - In General Fund of local budgets received UAH million 1537,8 own revenues, the plan is made up to 113.4 per cent". The increase in revenue compared with 2014, in particular, due to the classification of the General Fund of the unified tax in the amount of 203,2 million (in 2014 was credited to the special Fund), growth for 2014 was 85,6 million, or 72.9%. Increased revenues from the single tax for agricultural producers of $ 58.8 million. Tax on profit of enterprises in the amount of 10 percent was received in the regional budget (40 million). Introduced from 2015, the excise tax implementation entities retail excise goods (alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, oil products) per year in local budgets received 166,5 million USD. Of tax or levy on the income of individuals received 850,1 million (55.2% of the income of the General Fund), compared with 2014 revenues decreased by 42,8 million, or 4.8 % (due to enrollments of 25 % (283,4 million) of tax to the state budget). The plan is made up 110,9 %. Taking into account revenues the revenues from this tax increased by 27 %. The property tax received 169,8 million compared with 2014 revenues increased by 55.5 million, or by 48.5 %. The plan is made to 112.9 %. Fees for the provision of administrative services received 37.9 million UAH (in 2.6 times more than 2014), revenues from rent for the use of integral property complex and other property – 11.7 million UAH (growth versus 2014 39.4%), royalties for the use of mineral resources of 15.3 million.
