Chernivtsi: Funds for Elevator maintenance will be allocated within funds on housing and utilities
According to the decision of the city Council, for the fulfillment of the "program of replacement, modernization, repair and dispatching of elevators housing in Chernivtsi in 2013 – 2017" this year will be allocated funds within the appropriation for housing and utilities. The Department zhilishchno-municipal services of the city Council charged with the formation of itemized lists of construction housing and utilities of Department of housing and public utilities annually to provide funds for carrying out the expert survey, repair and replacement of lifts of residential buildings of municipal property and houses contained the condominium in accordance with the objectives of the Programme and works on technical inspection of elevators. Municipal housing maintenance and private enterprises that contain and maintain the housing stock of municipal property together with KP "Cernuschi" should strengthen the control of operation of elevators for the prevention of accidents and sanitary-technical condition of machinery spaces of lifts in the housing stock of municipal property of a territorial community of the city. KP "Cernuschi" should give suggestions to the Department of housing and communal services of the city Council regarding the conduct of the technical inspection of elevators, to prepare the necessary documentation for the conclusion of technical inspection in accordance with the requirements of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.05.2004. No. 687 "On approval of the Procedure for the inspection, testing and expert examination (technical diagnostics) vehicles, machinery, equipment increased risk". Reference: In the residential Fund of Chernovtsy 624 is operated, the elevators of the residential Fund of the territorial community, which serves the municipal enterprise "Cernuschi". The number of elevators, which have reached the term of operation of 25 years, the housing stock is called Chernivtsi on 01.01.2016, is 111 units. In 2016 expires normative lifetime of 30 lifts. Conducting technical inspection requires 141 Elevator, including elevators 111, whose life ended in 2015 and in previous years. In fact, in 2015 in the residential Fund of Chernovtsy were overhauled 24 elevators, an expert survey of 57 elevators that received the statement of defects and univoltine within the allocated funds. For the purpose of prevention of emergency situations and ensuring safe operation of lifts for 2016 should be directed 534,578 11 thousand UAH.
