During the meeting the representatives of the parties shared their experience, discussed issues of cooperation and partnership between the Departments of Vinnytsia regional state administration and Department of Economics, Iasi County. According to Vladimir Merezhko, Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration's work is guided by the Strategy of balanced regional development of Vinnytsia region for the period up to 2020. "The main areas of work are realization of the state policy of economic and social development, and improving investment climate in the region and promotion of foreign trade, access to foreign market of enterprises and organizations located on the territory of the region. Also the Department responsible for the development of tourist sphere, formation of positive image of Vinnytsia region abroad. In 2016 it is planned the adoption of the Program of development of tourism of Vinnytsia region ". Priority directions of work of Departments of the regional state administration is attracting investment to the region and the economic growth of Vinnytsia region. "On the example of Vinnytsia region see that the system of financing of individual sectors of the economy, is very different from the Romanian system, the help to the enterprises of Romania is provided by the state, and they are subject to the European Union", - said acting Director of the Iasi County economy Elena Arvinte. As the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Nikolay Kopachevsky: "the Cooperation of the departments of RSA, gives the opportunity to achieve their goals. Fiscal decentralization and empowerment of local communities contributes to the increasing financial independence of local budgets and strengthening their financial base and self-sufficiency. In these conditions there is a growth in revenue of the General Fund budget for the region in 2015 compared with 2014 in the cities of regional importance – 589.1 million UAH., the district budgets to 255,3 million USD. rural, town, towns budgets – on 248,7 million UAH. In regional budget revenues General Fund decreased by UAH 246.2 million." During the visit, Ms. Elena Arvinte thoroughly acquainted with the peculiarities of cooperation and collaboration that have developed as a consequence of decentralization between the region and districts.
