In Vinnitsa region held a joint preventive measures to combat irregular migration
in accordance with the order of the State migration service of Ukraine # 32 dated March 2, 2016 "On conducting targeted preventive measures to oversee and monitor the implementation of legislation in the area of migration under the conditional name "Migrant", was prepared by joint order Management, VMI, GU National police, the security service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region and Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment. For the purpose of acceptance of effective measures on counteraction of illegal migration as specified by the competent authorities agreed a joint action plan in the period from 21 March to 4 April this year carried out the practical phase of preventive measures. As a result of joint activities with law enforcement agencies were brought to administrative responsibility of foreigners, stateless persons and citizens of Ukraine under article 203 of Code of Ukraine about adminpagemenu (violation of foreigners and persons without citizenship (hereinafter OBG) of the rules of stay in Ukraine and transit through the territory of Ukraine) 66. For violation of the provisions of art 204 Art (Violation of order of placement, adoption, training, housing, registration of foreigners OBG and registration documents for them) - prosecuted a private entrepreneur one of the enterprises of Vinnitsa. For violation of article 205 of Art (Failure to ensure timely registration of foreigners and obh) – attracted 23 persons. Liability 1 citizen of Ukraine in article 203 for the violation of the procedure for granting foreigners and obh housing, vehicles and assist in the provision of other services. In addition, adopted 30 decisions on forced return of foreigners to their countries of origin, foreigner reduced the length of stay in Ukraine, and also made one decision on forced expulsion of a foreigner outside the state. The office of the State migration service plans to continue conducting joint law enforcement measures in Vinnytsia region in the establishment of foreigners violating the immigration laws, citizens of Ukraine, which create the conditions for illegal stay and transit of illegal immigrants and will take comprehensive measures to counter illegal migration.
