In Vinnytsia region the status of implementation of measures for the protection of fish stocks in water bodies
by Inspectors of the Department of protection, use and reproduction of water biological resources and fishery regulation in the Vinnitsa region during carrying out of measures on protection of fish stocks and other aquatic resources of the ponds of Vinnytsia region in March 2016, identified 35 violations of fishing rules, namely: - 16 gross violations of part 4 of art 85 Art-related stna use of prohibited fishing gears, vessels and stich of sharp instruments; - 8 breaches of Amateur fishing on h. 3 art 85 Art; 5 for violations of section 1 of article 88-1 of the Art related to the illegal sale of fish in the markets; Composed of 6 acts thriftless thriftless to identify nets in the ponds of Vinnytsia region. According to the acts of seizure of abandoned property found 16 abandoned fishing gear. Detained 4 violators of fishing rules, which have caused damage to fisheries for the amount of UAH 2363.. through efforts to ban the illegal sale of aquatic living resources of the inspectors of the Department were reviewed on the markets of the cities of Vinnytsia region and Vinnytsia, which revealed 5 violations of the order sale of the fish and found the offender to the 15.6 kg of fish, which were sold illegally. In 21 cases the materials were sent to district courts to resolve the issue of bringing violators to administrative responsibility for committed offences under part 4 of article 85,part 1 of article 88-1 Art. The management in this period was 8 considered a case on violation of fishing regulations under part 3. Art 85 to 6 violators applied fines for a total amount of 630 USD.
