Peregusna local Prosecutor's office submitted to the Economic court of Transcarpathian region a claim for invalidation of the contract of lease of a land plot with an area of 72 hectares and cost more than 26 million USD. prisoner July 11, 2006 between the company and Peregusna the district state administration. The basis of the application of the prosecution to the court was that this decision was made with violation of requirements of Law of Ukraine «On the evaluation of the land", because the technical documentation for regulatory monetary valuation of the specified land plot was not developed and the lease payment for use of the land was determined without the approval of the regulatory monetary valuation of land, the local budget loses annually considerable amount of income.
