When the road Service in Transcarpathian region will create a Public Council
To ensure public participation in the implementation of government policy and public oversight in the road sector under the road Service in Transcarpathian region created the Public Council. A member of the Public Council can be elected representatives of public, religious, charitable organizations, trade unions and their associations, creative unions, associations, employers ' organizations, independent mass media and other non-entrepreneurial societies and institutions legalized under the legislation of Ukraine. Membership in the Public Council is an individual, the Council may not be elected more than one representative from each institution of civil society. Those wishing to participate in the constituent Assembly must submit an application in a free form, signed by the authorized person of the governing body of the Institute of civil society. The statement: • the decision adopted in the procedure established by the constituent documents of the Institute of civil society on the delegation to participate in the constituent Assembly representative, who is simultaneously a candidate for election to the member of Public Council; • biography of delegated representative of civil society Institute; • copy of an extract from the Unified state register of enterprises and organizations and copy of Charter (regulations) of the Institute of civil society on the goals and objectives of its activities, certified in the prescribed manner; • information about obtaining the Institute of civil society as the owner of the personal data of its members consent delegated representative for processing of his personal data; • information about the results of activities of civil society Institute; • information on the whereabouts and email address of the civil society Institute, contact telephone number. Applications for participation in the constituent Assembly will be accepted until April 15, 2016 to file Materials in paper form to the address: 88000, m. Uzhgorod, vul.
