In Chernigov the heating season ends
In connection with the establishment of daily average temperature of external air above + 8 degrees C, in Chernigov completes the heating season. The corresponding decree was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. In the decree "About the end of the heating season 2015-2016" stated that, in budget institutions, General education and preschool educational establishments, the housing Fund is terminated heating from 00 hours on 7 April 2016.
