In Vinnytsia region prosecutors revealed irregularities in the public bidding for the procurement of services for the delivery of hot meals
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information on the fact of misappropriation of budgetary funds one of the businesses of Nemirovsky region on signs of the crime provided by part 4 of article 191 UK of Ukraine (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position). So, officials of the latter, in February 2015 during participation in open auction on purchase of services for the delivery of hot meals was served in tender Committee of one of the secondary schools Nemirovsky rayon Council deliberately false information about the availability of the necessary equipment and further services not actually provided, causing the state losses totaling UAH 271 thousand. The pretrial investigation is ongoing, supervision of its legality is ensured by Nemirovsky McEvoy the Prosecutor's office.
