In Vinnytsia oblast pension payments for internally displaced persons from Crimea and Sevastopol are held only when there is paper pension files
said the head of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnitsa Alla Forehead at the press conference, which was held on 6 April 2016. According to her, since 9 September 2015 the payment of pensions to immigrants is carried out exclusively at banking institutions and payment devices public joint stock company "State savings Bank of Ukraine". The requirement is stipulated by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from August 12, 2015 No. 615 "On amendments to decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 August 1999 No. 1596 and dated November 5, 2014 ¹ 637". The decision of the Government taken in order to save funds to disadvantaged persons who are registered as persons who moved from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and area of anti-terrorist operations or settlement, situated on the line of contact, ensuring the payment of pensions and prevent the use of fraudulent schemes and illegal actions during the implementation of such payments.
