In Vinnytsia region the first stage of creation of the electronic pension files
in 2015 the Pension Fund of Ukraine ensured the establishment of a centralized system of assignment and payment of pensions based on electronic pension files. The main purpose of this system is the introduction of automated processing of data and documents to ensure maximum accessibility of citizens to services provided by the Fund, regardless of where they live, provide services without the need for direct appeals to the bodies of the Foundation, minimizing service time and maximum care of the human factor in the award of pensions. As noted by the head of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnitsa Alla Forehead during a press conference on 6 April, the essence is that for purpose of pension the person will provide the employee Pension Fund of the original documents (passport, employment record and other necessary documents) will be scanned (digitized) and on which basis will be formed of the electronic pension file. The employee Pension Fund will be filled in electronically the application for granting of pension and printed, and the person to whom the pension is appointed, only put his signature on the statement. Electronic pension file, in which there will be a pension document, all payments for the appointment and recalculation of pension, and will be the main archive that is protected from external interference. It is also assumed that retirees will be able at any time via the Internet to get acquainted with the data of your pension case. Currently completed development of the core software. In four pilot regions (Vinnytsya, Kyiv, Donetsk and Kherson regions) is currently in production implementation of this program, we have a full practice – from the receipt of the application for appointment of pensions to its payment.
