A contest for the best project proposal of the construction of the memorial of Eternal Glory, the monument to the fallen in the Volyn region during the ATO
members of the Executive Committee has considered the draft decision “About the announcement of the ordered competition for the best project proposal of the construction of the memorial of Eternal Glory in the city of Lutsk of Volyn monument to the fallen in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine”. The head of Department of town planning and architecture Leonid gerasimiuk briefed those present on this issue. He noted that, according to the statement of the Chairman of Volyn regional state administration prepared the draft decision on Declaration of the ordered competition for the best project proposal of the construction of the memorial of Eternal Glory in the city of Lutsk of Volyn monument to the fallen in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine. Leonid gerasimiuk proposed to define the term of the contract competition from 11 April to 28 may 2016. However, city Chairman Mykola Romanyuk made a proposal to shorten the period until may 11, because one month will be enough. This idea was supported by members of the Executive Committee. Also adopted a Provision for registered competition for the best project proposal of the construction of the memorial of Eternal Glory in the city of Lutsk of Volyn monument to the fallen in the anti-terrorist operation in the East of Ukraine and the composition of the jury.
