In addition, if disturbed in the petition is the question of life in the city of Lutsk, but is not within the competence of local governments, the Department of citizens ' appeals of the Department of AHPC in the city of Lutsk within 2 working days from the date of publication of the petition informs the initiator of the petition on a redirect to the facilities and provides the specified redirection.
