Department of Novovolynsk, Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office appealed to Economic court of Vinnytsia region in the interests of the state in the face of Novovolynsk Lyceum and Volyn regional Council on a claim to one of businessmen of Vinnitsa region for the recovery of property transferred for safekeeping. Despite the fact that the Director Novovolynsk Lyceum in October 2015 twice sent such requests to the custodian,however, the entrepreneur refused to return the property or money in the amount of its value the educational institution. Despite the fact that teachers do not use civil actions for recovery of property in a judicial order, to protect the interests of the state, prosecutors are now using the court will require the owner to return the property of the Lyceum, without which it is impossible to carry out the training process.
