For two days in Ternopil city Council held a seminar-training on the subject “Internal audit of quality management systems ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 19011: 2011" for employees of the city Council with the implementation and operation of the quality management system. Information consulting training is conducted by the Director of the Department of operational consulting LLC ’s development Center quality" of Kiev Valery Romashov. During the seminar employees of the city Council presented the quality management principles and the requirements of new international standards. Recall that in December 2014, the Ternopil city Council received certificates of conformity of quality management system international standard ISO 9001:2008 in the provision of administrative and non-administrative service, and the national quality standard DSTU ISO 9001:2009. Certificates will be valid until November 2017 subject to successful annual completion of surveillance audit, internal audits.
