Prosecutors proved that the above order issued by the President Gorokhovsky RGA contrary to the provisions of the law of Ukraine "On farm" without proper justification by the farmer the necessity of obtaining such large areas of land, without specifying the future activities of the farm, the confirmation of availability required for the cultivation of agricultural machinery, the number of members of a farm and has a right to free land ownership.
