In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers shared experience on organization of fire safety in communities
6-7 April Starosinyavsky about’dnano territorial community of Khmelnitsky region on a two-day visit, a delegation of more than three dozen people Reshetilovsky district, Poltava region. The aim was to learn from the experience about the’unity of the society. Starosinyavsky of the village Council gathered a team of 16 rural councils, and this 45 settlements. In the community there are almost 21 thousand residents. Before the presentation of the first achievements and the organization of work in the community and joined the rescuers. Fire safety of the settlements of the community provides the 34 th state fire and rescue post of the Main Directorate of SSES in the Kharkiv region. To ensure the same protection of rural settlements from fires on the territory the company operates p’Yat subdivisions of local fire protection, at the expense of communities and the sub’of farming. The time of arrival of these units to emergency incidents does not exceed 15 minutes. It should be noted that fire crews provided fire not only cars, but also in service and other equipment, which was repeatedly brought to emergency events in winter (to clear roads and towing of vehicles from snow drifts), landscaping and transportation of solid fuel to kindergartens and elderly citizens of the community. It should be noted that both the population and the management of the company understands the responsibility for ensuring the safety of the population and of the powers of local governments at the basic level in the provision of firefighting. As a result – after the creation of the communities neither division had ceased to function, and with the assistance of the enterprise acquired and transferred to the fire truck.
