April 4, walking along the banks of Ternopil pond, two virgins’andcatering villagers Tauru Kozovsky district, witnessed extraordinary events: in the water near the shore was fired up. One young man, Vladimir Skiba, long time without hesitation jumped into the cold water for a rescue. As Vladimir says, it all happened instantly. “We saw at the pier the boat some swim. At first we thought that the person eats and when they came closer, I realized " he chokes. His head is repeatedly appeared and disappeared again under the water surface. On reflection there was no time. And though it was a bit scary, I quickly took off the robe and jumped... When he got to the victim he had already lost consciousness, and disappeared completely under water, so I had to dive in and get it almost to the bottom". Vladimir raised the man to the surface and ashore already pulled one of the young men, Maxim Mitko and another bystander who also witnessed the event. Soon on the shore was the Savior himself. People called «ambulance», and before the ambulance arrived the man had a pre-medical help. Rescued woke up and thanked him for salvation. Soon came the ambulance and took him to the hospital.
